Popular Mexican food restaurant in Flagstaff, La Fonda, thought it would be good for business and convenient for customers to add a food truck to their brand.
NAZ Today reporter, Corderro McMurry, meets with owner of La Fonda, a Flagstaff Mexican food restaurant, about their addition of a taco truck to their business. The owner, Marty Garcia, expects the Flagstaff taco truck to attract even more customers to their Mexican food restaurant, especially on Taco Tuesdays. Garcia described areas around Arizona wanting a La Fonda restaurant close-by, and he thinks the taco truck will help with this demand. McMurry also met with a La Fonda employee, Brianna Baca, about the new opportunity and she thinks the taco truck will have its challenges, but will still be worth bringing more Mexican food options to Flagstaff.
